Role Overview

Serve as the intermediary between our Enterprise clients and Cloud Engineering team. The Solution Architect ensures successful onboarding of new clients, facilitating the installation, management, and monitoring of the platform.

Primary Objective

Collaborate with clients to deliver a scalable product by tailoring deployment scripts to meet specific infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise and client insights to assist the engineering team in designing and implementing efficient, secure, and scalable solutions while developing a standard platform.
• Work with clients to adapt cloud architecture to their specific requirements, maintaining high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and client interactions.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong collaboration skills to adapt cloud architecture to client needs while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation for various technical aspects and client interactions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with effective solutions.
• Knowledgeable in distributed systems, data pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architectures, such as Kafka and Google Pub/Sub.
• Experience with cloud services and storage, including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficient in developer experience tools and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experienced with containerization in production environments.
• Programming experience in Go, Ruby, or Python is a plus.
• Skilled in DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and bare-metal configurations.
• Competence in monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
