As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Define, customize, and execute implementation plans with key deliverables and milestones alongside the CSM/PM and Deliverability experts.
  • Ensure optimal setup and usage of product features, including API integrations.
  • Collaborate with the CSM & Technical teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Care) to optimize the implementation process.
  • Address technical questions from customers, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Create compelling technical proposals highlighting our products' advantages.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and monitor client setups during implementation for a seamless onboarding.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical guidance during installation and customization.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and product developments, incorporating customer feedback into product enhancements.

What will contribute to your success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; +3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management.
  • Strong technical background focusing on RESTful API, logs, and email marketing sector understanding.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and understand customer business challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
