Role Mission & Context

You will join one of our System Analysis chapters as a Solution Engineer. The mission of the chapters is to drive excellence in specific competence areas, including best and next market practices, frameworks, and tools, in addition to growing internal talents.

As a Solution Engineer, you will interface with customers to identify their needs. You are responsible for delivering solutions that support business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or others), products, and platforms. You will interact with diverse, multicultural team members to provide the right solutions and expertise. Your work involves balancing various aspects of delivery from end to end. You should have a strong ability to propose innovative, cost-effective solutions that bring added value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of identified solutions.
• Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, including scope and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure solutions are available and functioning properly.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture guidelines, specifications, and quality requirements, utilizing standards, tools, and platforms.
• Identify and propose solutions and features to fit product needs.
• Solve issues collaboratively with the business.
• Analyze current technologies, perform tech watch, build prototypes and PoCs.
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates, considering legal, customer experience, or other factors.
• Hold a Master’s degree in IT or a related field, with strong IT knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
• Ability to communicate across diverse audiences.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Challenging, eager to learn, ambitious, enthusiastic, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Actively enhance others' skills through training, coaching, or mentoring.
