Kili Technology seeks a Solution Engineer to bridge technical expertise and business value for enterprise clients. You will design ROI-driven architectures, lead client implementations, and automate processes using GenAI tools and agentic workflows.

You will work directly with senior leaders, craft compelling proofs of concept, and help evolve product features to maximize profitability and client success. Fluency in English and French is required, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in hybrid technical/business roles such as Solution Engineer or TAM.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value and ROI.
• Academic background in computer science, data science, machine learning or related fields.
• Comfort with scripting, APIs, and building automations (Python).
• Proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Nice to have: experience building LLM apps, GenAI tools, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Make/n8n).

Responsabilités

• Be the technical voice in RFPs, demos, and PoCs for enterprise prospects.
• Design ROI-driven architectures and build compelling business cases.

Your role

As a Solution Engineer, you are the ultimate technical and business Swiss Army knife. You sit at the exact intersection of frontier AI technology, revenue growth, and operational scaling.

Working with direct exposure to our CEO, CTO, and top-tier enterprise clients, you will have a massive, tangible impact on our product evolution, internal operations, and customer success. You won't just present software — you will design ROI-driven architectures, get hands‑on with client implementations, and leverage GenAI and agentic workflows to automate our own internal processes.

This role is ideal for a highly autonomous, tech‑minded builder who cares deeply about business profitability and operational excellence.

Technical Pre‑Sales & ROI‑Driven Solutions

• Be the technical voice: Lead RFPs, technical demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for enterprise prospects.

• Focus on Profitability & ROI: Analyze client workflows to design highly efficient architectures. You will build compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the ROI and profitability of implementing Kili’s solutions.

Hands‑on Implementation & Delivery

• Deploy & Integrate: Go beyond advice—roll up your sleeves to actively integrate Kili into our customers' complex ML/AI pipelines.

• Own the project lifecycle: Manage the transition from pre‑sales to post‑sales, ensuring smooth technical onboarding, operational delivery, and alignment with the client's business goals.

Internal Automations & Agentic Workflows

• Build for scale: Actively identify bottlenecks in our pre‑sales, sales, and delivery operations.

• Automate: Design, build, and deploy internal tools and automated workflows—specifically leveraging LLMs and agentic AI frameworks—to optimize our team's efficiency and processes.

Product Optimization & Feedback Loop

• Shape the product: Act as the critical bridge between the field and our R&D. Translate real‑world client challenges into actionable, structured feedback to continuously optimize our product features (multimodal, agentic evaluation, etc.).

Desired profile

• A first significant experience in a hybrid technical/business role (Solution Engineer, TAM, Forward Deployed Engineer, or a highly technical Founder‑Associate/Ops role).

• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, profitability, and cost‑saving metrics for clients.

• Academic background in computer science, data science, machine learning or related fields. A degree combining Tech and Business/Management is highly preferred.

• Comfortable writing scripts, playing with APIs, and building automations (Python, API integrations, basic automation tools).

• Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication capabilities in these languages.

• Nice to have: Hands‑on experience building or tinkering with LLM applications, GenAI tools, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Make/n8n, etc.); deep understanding of computer vision, NLP, or data labeling workflows.

3. Business case to prepare, presented to Mathieu (CEO) & Baptiste (CTO) — 1h

4. Final interview with FX, co‑founder — 30 min
