As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services, also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor in the Luxembourgish economy.

POST Luxembourg is currently looking for a full-time Solution Designer (m/f/n).

Your responsibilities

1. Analyze and understand business needs to establish technical solutions that meet those needs and guide the business in the correct usage of the solution.
2. Leverage technology to the business by explaining how it can assist in their daily activities.
3. Propose and design solutions aligned with technical architecture that fit business requirements and support change.
4. Technically implement the proposed solutions and oversee developments by other parties.
5. Maintain a technology watch to stay a reference in your field and assist the team’s progress.
6. Support users in adopting new technologies.
7. Participate in incident, problem, and change management, and coordinate small-scale projects.
8. Contribute to the team’s on-call duties.

Your profile

1. Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent experience with the following skills:
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Azure, and other Microsoft solutions and products.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Copilots and understanding of AI prompting techniques.
4. Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with experience in Microsoft OpenAI.
5. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, JSON, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, low-code/no-code platforms, and experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
6. Stay updated with technological advancements to inform technology roadmaps and propose improvements.
7. Operate within budget constraints, evaluating the financial impact of design decisions.
8. Autonomous in responding to business requests from needs analysis to technical implementation.
9. Experience in managing small projects, leading development teams, and overseeing projects.
10. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to develop solutions based on expressed needs.
11. Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
