Description du poste

Role Responsibilities

  1. Identify role ramp-up progress and the biggest gaps for Solution Consulting.
  2. Evaluate skills/enablement gaps in Solution Consulting and align with Solution Consulting Leadership to assess needs versus delivered solutions.
  3. Assess the effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc.

Develop / Support

  1. Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp-up, tenured solution consulting development, and new products/offerings.
  2. Update existing courses/enablement programs for new and existing products/offerings and other identified gaps or new opportunities.
  3. Support and develop content tracks for Solution Consulting Events.
  4. Teach demonstration and sales skills by developing scalable training that can be tailored to specific personas.
  5. Mentor and instruct new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product necessary for demo success.
  6. Deliver and facilitate enablement programs focused on product and skills, both virtually and in person.
  7. Mentor and coach solution consulting workmates through their certification process.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software solution consulting.
  • 3+ years in Workday solution consulting with a focus on oCFO.

Other Qualifications

  • Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers.
  • Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives.

Willingness to Travel

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
