We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Solution Consulting & Legal Team for a 3-month Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory research, legal documentation, and regulatory enablement while contributing to internal communication and compliance-related projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support regulatory initiatives and legal processes that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities :

1. Legal & Regulatory Research : Conduct regulatory research and synthesize findings on due diligence and reporting regulations, presenting insights in both written reports and PowerPoint formats.
2. Documentation & Summarization : Research and summarize practical legal guidance documents to support sales and customer success teams, promoting clear and accessible information.
3. Regulatory Materials Preparation : Assist in preparing regulatory documents for frontline teams, contributing to the creation of the internal regulatory newsletter and other enablement resources.
4. Project Support : Collaborate with the regulatory team to support the delivery of regulatory solution consulting (SC) and enablement projects, collaborating with timely and accurate execution.
5. Competition Analysis : Support competition-related research with a focus on regulations, contribute content for the internal competition newsletter, and assist in responding to internal regulatory inquiries.
6. General Regulatory Support : Provide ad hoc support across legal and regulatory projects as needed, in alignment with internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

1. Current University Student : Eligible for an on-site internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement. Preferably with academic background in law, regulatory-related fields, or sustainability studies.
2. Passion for CSR and Sustainability : A strong interest and commitment to CSR and sustainability initiatives.
3. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Technical Skills : Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel, with the ability to create clear and engaging presentations and analyze data.
5. Proactive and Solution-Oriented : Creative approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
6. Detail-Oriented and Analytical : Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
7. Global Mindset : Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
8. Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and German is required.
