Togetherwork is seeking a Solution Consultant in Austin, TX to configure and deliver Fonteva and Salesforce-based solutions that align with customer objectives. You will lead discovery, own user stories, and translate business needs into pragmatic configurations.
You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers and Project Managers to ensure scalable implementations, manage backlogs, run UAT, and provide end-user training. Salesforce Cloud experience and admin certification are required.
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)

The Solution Consultant is a customer-facing Professional Services role responsible for configuring and delivering Fonteva solutions that align customer business objectives with the capabilities of the Fonteva and Salesforce platforms. As a trusted advisor, the Solution Consultant leads discovery, owns customer user stories, translates business needs into effective solutions, and performs declarative configuration to deliver successful customer outcomes. This role partners closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.
