Job Description

We are expanding our Consulting Services team and seek an experienced Solution Architect to join us and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

The main responsibilities for an F&O Solution Architect include:

• Engaging directly with clients to understand their business strategies, requirements, and processes.
• Demonstrating future state solutions aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O and related technologies.
• Utilizing expertise in business processes and Microsoft Dynamics to support solution development and expansion.
• Providing solution demonstrations.
• Developing innovative approaches to improve or replace existing processes.
• Designing bespoke solutions.
• Documenting the Solution Design.
• Reviewing complex functional specifications, including integrations and module changes.
• Acting as the design authority between functional and technical teams.
• Guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keeping them informed.
• Sharing knowledge with team members and other consultants.
• Executing responsibilities consistent with Hitachi Solutions Europe’s Quality Management Policy.

The MS D365 F&O Solution Architect will be responsible for:

• Overall solution design for functional and technical workstreams.
• Solution integration design.

Qualifications

Typically, MS D365 F&O Solution Architects will have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Dynamics for F&O.
• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O and integrations.
• Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems.
• Demonstrable Solution Architect experience.
• Strong knowledge of Solution and Integration Design.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• A logical approach to problem-solving and structured change management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent English speaking is mandatory due to international projects and an English-speaking team in the UK.
• Flexibility to travel, including on-site at client locations and across Europe when necessary.
