Role: Solution Architect (Integrations & SDLC)

You will define and govern solution architectures that enable seamless system integrations and robust SDLC practices. Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and Project Managers, you will ensure successful implementation using AXA GO products and external solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and maintain integration patterns promoting best practices for scalability and reliability.
  • Design and implement SSDLC pipelines to streamline development, improve collaboration, and ensure quality.
  • Specify nonfunctional requirements related to integration and SSDLC, aligning with business goals and standards.
  • Review and approve functional and nonfunctional specifications, focusing on integration needs.
  • Create solution architectures supporting business objectives and adhering to best practices.
  • Mentor project teams on integration solutions and SSDLC methodologies.
  • Ensure quality during implementation and configuration, maintaining high standards throughout projects.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Communicate integration architectures and SSDLC designs effectively to stakeholders.
  • Share expertise through communities of practice.
  • Maintain integrity and consistency of the architecture, ensuring proper usage.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear understanding of architectures and processes.
  • Ensure solutions are suitable for operational, deployment, and maintenance needs.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 8-10 years in IT, with 5+ years in solutions design for complex projects focusing on integrations and SSDLC.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to advise on business and IT improvements.
  • Proactive, structured, quality-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience

Specific to this Role: Proven experience as a Solution Architect with technologies including Cloud CSPs (AWS, Azure), integrations, and SSDLC; experience working with offshore teams.

Architecture Skills: Expertise in multitechnology integration architectures, governance, modeling (ArchiMate), gateways (e.g., Mulesoft), ETL (e.g., Talend), SOA, APIs (REST), infrastructure, and IaC.
