Job summary

2501 is seeking a technical lead to own pre-sales and post-sales activities, scope customer environments, and design deployments that fit client infrastructure. You will run POCs, pilot projects, and integrate with customer observability stacks.

You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging product and field, while communicating in French and English. This fully remote role supports EU-based teams, with preference for Paris-area collaboration and CET-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Strong infra, DevOps or SRE background.
• Customer-facing with ability to architect demos and win technical trust.
• Bridges product and field naturally.
• Fluent French & English; work authorization in France.
• Experience in MSP/startup/tech scaleup is a plus.
• Familiar with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

What you'll do

Who you are

• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background.
• Customer-facing - you can architect, demo, and win technical trust.
• You bridge product and field naturally.
• Bilingual French & English speaker and based in or near Paris. (Please don't apply if you don't have the right to work in France, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role and language requirements are mandatory)
• MSP, Startup or tech scaleup experience would be a plus
• You fully embrace new ways of coding using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools

Not for you if

• You want pure IC coding with no customer contact.
• You dislike context-switching between deep tech and customer conversations.
