Job summary

Idun Group is hiring an AI-Assisted Engineering Consultant to roll out Claude Code, OpenCode and Copilot across engineering and product teams in Paris. You will set up tooling, write initial skills with the developers, run workshops, and measure adoption and impact.

You'll join client teams of 20–30 developers for several months, building a repeatable agent‑assisted delivery chain with tooling, conventions, and trained champions. French and English fluency is required; hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a software engineering team.
• Daily use of coding agents and ability to show setup.
• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
• Solid agile practices and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar).
• Experience with large enterprises and IT sign-off.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Based in Île-de-France, 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess teams and current tooling for usage and friction.
• Install and configure Claude Code, OpenCode or Copilot in client environments.
• Create shared skills catalog and reusable commands.
• Run hands-on workshops on code, tests, migrations and reviews.
• Equip project managers and product owners with specs and backlog slicing.
• Train internal champions to sustain practices.
• Measure adoption and report outcomes with metrics.
• Manage dev environment and CI/CD integration.
