Job summary

Bluewater is seeking a temporary engineer for a 47m private/charter motor yacht, Malta-flagged. The role begins in the south of France with duties including on-board maintenance and systems checks. AEC 1 and 2 plus STCW Basic Safety Training are mandatory, with at least 1 year of engineering experience.

The contract is temporary with potential to become seasonal, and the itinerary spans South of France, Italy in summer and South of France in winter. Compensation is set at 3000€.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an engineering role.
• Mandatory STCW Basic Safety Training.
• Must hold Approved Engine Course 1 and 2.
• AEC 1 & 2 required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Temporary engineer for a 47m private/charter motor yacht.
• Support daily engineering operations and maintenance on board.
• Git watercraft systems checks and safety compliance.
• Travel between the South of France, Italy in Summer and the South of France in Winter.
