Job summary

Bluewater is seeking a permanent Chief Engineer for a 50m+ private/charter motor yacht currently in a French shipyard and destined for the Caribbean. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience on yachts and a valid Y2 certification; a B1/B2 visa is a plus.

Trade experience aboard dual-season vessels and the ability to oversee CAT engines and related systems will be essential. The position offers a 2:2 rotation and salary DOE, with rotation continuity throughout Med and Caribbean

Chief Engineer Position

Busy commercial vessel.

Preferably, a candidate who already holds a valid B1/B2 visa.

The yacht is currently in the shipyard in the South of France and will be heading to the Caribbean for the season in four weeks.

Powered by two Caterpillar diesel engines.

Cayman flag.
