We’re looking for Solar Sales Managers who can self-generate leads, close deals, and prove they’re top producers — and then build, coach, and scale their own high-performing sales team.

We’ll back you with fast installs, a call center feeding appointments, and even help with recruiting. But make no mistake — the foundation starts with your hustle.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect like a pro — referral, D2D, and phone calls are your bread and butter.
  • Prove yourself — start by self-generating and closing your own leads.
  • Recruit & build — once you’ve shown results, begin building your own team of sales killers.
  • Get calendar support — we’ll feed you call center appointments and new recruits, but you’ll also recruit and coach your own.
  • Lead from the front — stay in the top 3 of your team’s closers every month.
  • Scale your income — overrides + personal sales = next-level earnings.

Compensation: $200,000 - $400,000 yearly.
