Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Assistant Project Manager to assist the Solar Project Manager in administering and technically managing solar projects. This role involves contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling across multiple states.

The position requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with travel across states and a willingness to engage in both indoor and outdoor tasks as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as project engineer or assistant project manager in solar construction with a general contractor.
• Strong computer skills are essential; experience with CMIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents and identify key subcontractors; assist in bid packages and scheduling.
• Assist in project financials, RFI process, change orders, and lien management.
• Maintain project schedules, look-ahead schedules, and procurement plans; support project closeout and occupancy handover.
