ixolabs.ai is seeking a Software Testing Analyst to help train AI models in designing and executing robust test strategies. You will develop training data and example test automation scripts across popular frameworks to improve software quality in AI-enabled systems.

The role requires 3 years in QA, experience with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/JUnit/Pytest, and familiarity with Jira, TestRail, and Git. Start date is immediate; 10-20 hours per week, ongoing project-based.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proficiency with at least one major test automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, Pytest).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail) and version control (Git).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and defect reports.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) or security testing concepts is a plus.

• Explain complex QA methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, TDD, BDD) and their practical application in software development lifecycles.
