Exponential AI is seeking a Senior Gen AI Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality of AI-driven solutions, including GenAI models, platform services and APIs.

You will drive manual and automated testing across UI and APIs, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other teams, and shape testing strategies in a fast-paced AI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in IT with at least 4 years in testing SaaS or web‑based applications.
• Strong background in manual and automated testing, including test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Expertise in crafting prompts for generative AI models, prompt engineering, and ensuring contextual accuracy of AI outputs.
• Proficiency with Playwright and other automation frameworks, as well as API and database testing.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and database technologies like SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in diverse teams.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and other collaboration tools.
• Experience in document management systems or other applications used in legal and enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as New Relic.
