We are looking for a Software (Technical) Support Engineer to join our team in Crolles, France, supporting our PDC tools.
Qualifications include a basic understanding and working experience in software test simulation, scripts, requirements, execution, documentation, test cases, and related areas. Additional competencies include service excellence, project management, problem solving, customer relationship development, and communication skills.
Educational requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: 2-4 years.
Travel: 25%, mainly in Europe, with headquarters in the US.
