Job summary

Arago in Paris is seeking a Software Team Lead to coordinate the software stack for AI accelerator products, driving performance optimized stacks and pilot deployments. You will mentor a growing team, stay hands-on with code, and work closely with chip architects and hardware teams during early silicon bring-up.

You will lead kernel libraries, runtimes, drivers, and developer tooling while translating client requirements into technical scope and realistic timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems software for AI/ML accelerators or high-performance compute.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and understanding of hardware interaction.
• Ability to lead small engineering teams while contributing hands-on.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT).
• Excellent communication and ownership of project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the software stack for AI accelerator products.
• Coordinate cross-team work with chip architecture and hardware groups.
• Lead kernel libraries, runtimes, drivers, firmware, and tooling as needed.
• Optimize AI workloads for performance, memory, and reliability.
• Stay hands-on in architecture, coding, debugging, and performance reviews.
• Translate client requirements into clear deliverables and timelines.
