Vertical Compute is seeking a Software Architect & Team Lead to define and deliver the software stack for its VIM memory technology. You will shape multi-layer software, from drivers to AI compiler, and co-design with hardware teams to optimize AI workloads.

You will lead the software engineering team, implement Agile CI/CD, and ensure robust delivery from spec to deployment, partnering with cross-functional teams in Grenoble.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system software engineering, AI compiler development, or low-level software architecture.
• Proven track record of leading software teams and delivering complex software.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software co-design and AI workloads.

Responsabilités

• Define and architect the multi-layer software stack, including drivers, low-level software, AI compiler/toolchain, and AI application interfaces.
• Co-design HW/SW interfaces with hardware and memory teams to optimize AI workloads.
