Job summary

Arago is seeking a Software Team Lead in Île-de-France to coordinate the software stack for AI accelerators and drive performance optimization. You will mentor a growing team while remaining hands-on with code, architecture, and performance, collaborating closely with chip architects and hardware teams during early silicon bring-up.

The role requires strong systems software background, architecture knowledge, and experience leading small engineering teams. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in systems software for AI/ML accelerators, GPUs, CPUs, or similar.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory systems, and parallel computing.
• Proven ability to lead small engineering teams with individual contribution.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT).
• Strong communication and project ownership; translate requirements into scope and timelines.
• Strong background in testing and deployment infrastructure for large-scale software.
• Language: English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the software stack for AI accelerators.
• Collaborate with chip architecture and hardware teams on co-design.
• Lead development across kernels, runtimes, drivers, and tooling.
• Optimize AI workloads for performance and memory efficiency.
• Mentor a growing team while staying hands-on with code and reviews.
