Qualifications

• 4–12 ans d'expérience, dont 3 ans comme Scrum Master.
• Certification Scrum Master (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe) est un plus.
• Expérience avec SOA et gestion de données.

Responsabilités

• Faciliter les cérémonies Agile et coacher les équipes.

Scrum Master

Work Location: Language: French Native or similar

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of complex projects. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The Scrum Master will bridge technical and functional teams, leveraging their expertise in Agile rituals, tools, and architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Collaborate with functional and technical architects to ensure solutions align with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flow requirements.
• Support the integration of Oracle/SQL-based systems, ensuring seamless data management and performance.
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–12 years of experience in IT or project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and mastery of Agile rituals (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Experience with functional and technical architecture, particularly Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flows.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL for database management and integration.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe certification) is a plus.
