Jobtailor in Lyon, France is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional specs and coordinate with QA and development teams.

You'll own acceptance testing, gap analysis, and project planning across SaaS solutions for the insurance sector, collaborating with clients to ensure accurate, actionable requirements and successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ideally in a SaaS or software vendor environment.
• Proven experience in the insurance sector is essential, including products, policy administration, claims, endorsements, accounting, and related areas.
• Knowledge of a PHP/JavaScript-based SaaS web solution environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with client acceptance testing, beta, and production environments.

Responsabilités
