Jobtailor seeks a capable engineering lead to drive a team responsible for high-quality user experiences, delivering projects on schedule, and collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.

You will coach team members, guide technical direction, and participate in hiring to grow the team while ensuring clear communication of progress across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases is desirable.
• Engineering experience in the defense or security industry is a plus.
