Nabla is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Paris HQ to build scalable, high-performance web apps for a seamless ecommerce checkout. You will work across frontend and backend, delivering features with reliability and quality.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and expertise in React/Next.js and backend frameworks (Express or Django). Familiarity with serverless, AWS/GCP, and containerization is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge in modern web development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficient in React, Next.js; experience with backend frameworks (Express/Django).
• Experience with serverless architecture and cloud services (AWS/GCP) preferred.

Senior Software Engineer

Location: Paris HQ

Contract: Permanent & full time

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-performance web applications for a seamless e-commerce checkout experience.
• Work across both frontend and backend, ensuring high-quality code and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features aligned with business goals.
• Incorporate innovative technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degree or certifications in full stack development is a bonus).
• At least 2 years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally within e-commerce or fintech environments.
• Strong knowledge in modern web development, with skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Highly proficient with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end frameworks like Express or Django (experience with serverless architecture is a big plus).
• Cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with product, design, and other engineering teams.
• Leadership in initiatives to improve team efficiency and product development processes.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.
