Job summary

FullEnrich is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of up to ten engineers across backend, frontend, and data. You will partner with Product Managers and leadership to translate business priorities into actionable engineering objectives, ensuring clear roadmaps, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing and developing software engineers.
• Strong technical depth across backend, frontend, and data systems.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in scaling engineering teams and shaping org structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own hiring processes and onboarding to scale squads.
• Translate product priorities into clear engineering roadmaps and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Support, Sales, and leadership to align priorities.
• Improve engineering processes and metrics using Shape Up/DORA-inspired approaches.
