As an Software Engineer Team lead for the KYC & Eligibility team, you will lead a team responsible for customer onboarding and KYC processes for Blockchain.com, ensuring that customers can seamlessly and securely access our platform. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to optimize identity verification processes while balancing compliance requirements and user experience. You will work closely with third-party identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, and DXC, as well as collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a scalable, reliable, and efficient onboarding system.
