Audensiel recherche un Ingénieur Logiciel pour soutenir et développer des solutions logicielles, participer à des projets clients et former les utilisateurs. Qualifications

• Diplôme Bac +5 en informatique.
• Expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
• Connaissances en SCANeR Studio et/ou systèmes Windows - Linux appréciées.

Responsabilités

• Analyser et diagnostiquer les demandes de support des utilisateurs.
• Participer aux tests et valider les nouvelles fonctionnalités du logiciel.
• Former les nouveaux clients à l'utilisation du logiciel.

Software Engineer - Support & Projects F/M

A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: digital transformation projects, from project management using the Agile method through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments specifically for Banking, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical Industry in their issues of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transformation of financial departments ;
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative artificial intelligence projects for our clients in the form of POC.
- IoT: Exploitation of data from connected objects and their processing within complex interconnected systems. Design of the entire value chain to provide the best user experience for these new services and optimize productivity gains;
- Cybersecurity: Support on the governance of our clients' cybersecurity issues. Audit and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.

• Support/maintenance:
- Analyze and diagnose support requests from software users (questions, help, bug)
- Customer follow-up
• Participate in testing and validate new software features
• Realization of customer projects around the software:
- Development of software modules, creation of content (scenarios, 3D environments, etc.)
- Document the work done through reports explaining the methodology used
• Train new AVS customers to use the software.

The position of software application engineer is a real springboard within AVS to evolve into areas of expertise.

You are a graduate of a Bac +5 (engineering school or master) with a computer dominant and you have a minimum experience of 3 years on a similar position.

You have knowledge of:

Knowledge of SCANeR Studio and/or Windows - Linux would be a plus.

You demonstrate autonomy, rigour and proactivity. Your ability to listen and analyze, combined with your sense of service, will be your assets for this position.

You have a good level of written and oral expression in both French and English.
