What you'll do

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Growth Team in the Business Performance Domain.

As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will work in a feature team developing great user experiences, referral programs, try-out sessions, and clear value propositions.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaboratively design, implement, and maintain high-quality solutions delivering value to our users.
• Contribute to the modularization of the team’s domain, enabling Doctolib to scale.
• Handle day-to-day team operations (improve monitoring, fix bugs and security issues).
• Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback during pair programming sessions.

• You have experience navigating technical debt, comfortably balancing between consciously incurring legacy and actively reducing it.
