Position Overview:

As part of Entrust's efforts to bring identities online, this role involves working with Biometrics and ID Documents in the virtual world. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing machine learning-backed services for biometric verification, document classification, and fraud analysis.
2. Building automated pipelines to support new models and capabilities efficiently.
3. Researching, optimizing, and deploying ML projects into production.
4. Enhancing monitoring and tracing for high service availability.

What You Will Do:

1. Design, build, test, and deploy fraud detection products within a cross-functional team.
2. Collaborate with researchers to transition ML models into production.
3. Implement initial solutions using off-the-shelf ML tools for fraud detection.
4. Design preprocessing steps for digital images and videos.
5. Extend ML pipelines for diverse use cases.
6. Analyze algorithm performance and identify improvements.
7. Provide technical guidance to other engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with libraries like Numpy, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, ONNX.
• Interest in deploying and monitoring ML systems.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity about ML technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest.
• Knowledge of dependency management tools such as Poetry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of image/video formats.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision and ML algorithms.

Tech Stack:

We are technology-agnostic. Experience in all is not required, but openness to learning is essential. Technologies include Python, Ruby, React, Typescript, TensorFlow, Jupyter, Dask, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Gitlab, and more.
