Wiremind is hiring a Software Engineer to contribute to feature development for our SaaS products. You will work on backend and frontend challenges with Product Experts and Data Scientists, guided by a senior engineer to grow quickly.

You'll participate in maintenance, monitoring, and infra tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to better understand customer needs and enhance the product experience.

Qualifications

• You hold an engineering degree (or equivalent) and have initial experience in software development.
• You are proficient in Python or another comparable backend programming language.
• You are passionate about solving business challenges through innovative technology.
• You care deeply about delivering high-quality software.
• You have solid computer science fundamentals and are eager to grow quickly in an environment that embraces engineering best practices.
• You have an interest in design and user experience (UX).
• You speak fluent English and French.

Responsabilités

• Developing new features for our end users, with a strong focus on code quality and close collaboration with a senior software engineer who will mentor and support your growth.
• Participating in application maintenance, production monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Addressing technical debt, proposing new technical solutions, and challenging architectural decisions to continuously improve the codebase.
• Working closely with the Product team on a daily basis to share ideas, improve the product, and deepen your understanding of customer needs.

About CAYZN

CAYZN is our advanced Revenue Management solution for the transportation industry, helping clients optimize their capacity through dynamic pricing. It combines an intuitive user interface with powerful data visualization tools and automated workflows powered by a business rules engine. Leveraging machine learning models, CAYZN recommends—and can automatically apply—the optimal prices to maximize occupancy across buses, airlines, and rail networks.

Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of new features for our products. You will work on both business and technical challenges raised by our clients, with the support of our Product Experts and Data Scientists.

While no two days are the same, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new features for our end users, with a strong focus on code quality and close collaboration with a senior software engineer who will mentor and support your growth.
