Mindflow est une plateforme d’automatisation IA destinée aux équipes IT et DevOps. Vous travaillerez directement avec des clients d’entreprise pour concevoir l’architecture d’automatisation et déployer des solutions Mindflow en production.

Le rôle demande une expertise technique et la capacité de communiquer avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques. Le poste est à distance partiellement possible en France et en Europe, avec une rémunération compétitive et une equity pré-séries A.

Qualifications

• 5+ années d'expérience en ingénierie informatique, cloud ou infrastructure
• Connaissances pratiques d'APIs, JSON et scripting, et dépannage d'intégrations
• Esprit pragmatique pour automatiser des processus
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on IT & AI, you will work directly with enterprise IT teams to understand their environment, design the right automation architecture, build solutions with Mindflow, and help move them into production.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical discovery with ITOps, ITSM, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering and service desk teams.
• Design end-to-end automations and AI agents across ITSM, observability, cloud, identity, endpoint management, collaboration and infrastructure tools.
• Build and validate integrations, workflows and production-ready solutions using APIs, JSON and scripting.
• Deliver proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable operational value, then support deployment, adoption and scale.
• Translate technical constraints, governance requirements and operational pain points into clear architectures.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, bringing field feedback into the roadmap.
• Create reusable demos, templates and technical documentation that accelerate future deployments.

Profil recherché

What We Are Looking For

You combine strong technical depth with the ability to build trust with both practitioners and senior stakeholders.

MUST-HAVE

• 5+ years in IT engineering, cloud or infrastructure engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services or a comparable hands-on role.
• Practical knowledge of one or more domains such as ITOps, ITSM, cloud operations, DevOps, observability, identity, endpoint management, infrastructure or service management.
• Strong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting, and the ability to troubleshoot integrations in complex environments.
• A pragmatic problem-solving mindset: you can break down an ambiguous process and turn it into a robust automated solution.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience deploying automation platforms, integration platforms or AI-enabled IT solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering or AIOps.
• Experience with enterprise governance, architecture standards and regulated environments.
• Personal projects or technical content demonstrating curiosity and a builder mindset.

• Technical and operational interview (45 min): experience, architecture and problem-solving.
• Practical case study (60 min): design and discuss a representative customer solution with 1-2 Mindflowers.
• Founder call (20 min): ambition, values and final alignment.
