Stracker Intl is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Stracker 360 platform. You’ll own end-to-end feature delivery in a TypeScript/Serverless AWS stack, applying Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture from day one.

You’ll collaborate with an international team, write clean, well-documented code, and mentor new joiners. Fluency in English and French is required; remote work is supported for France or international teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and AWS.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Familiarity with AI-first engineering practices is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or leading code reviews preferred.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you join the tech team in a pivotal role on the Stracker 360 platform. Reporting directly to the Tech Lead, you’ll work on a modern stack: 100% TypeScript, Serverless AWS, DDD, with zero legacy technical debt.

• Design and evolve the core architecture of Stracker 360 to handle scale, performance, and reliability with full ownership over infrastructure, data flows, and system design.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery with strong business impact, applying Clean Architecture principles from day one.
• Work closely with the engineering team and product stakeholders to translate business needs into clean, maintainable systems and proactively address bottlenecks before they become incidents.
• Embed AI-first engineering practices: use tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Define and uphold high technical standards across testing, observability, and documentation.
• Actively contribute to building the future tech team mentoring new joiners through code reviews, architectural discussions, and hands‑on collaboration.

You have 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally including time on a product that went through a real scaling phase : you know what breaks at 10x and you design for it upfront.You have strong hands‑on expertise in TypeScript and the AWS ecosystem (AppSync, Lambda), and you’re comfortable working within Domain-Driven Design principles.You write clean, testable, well‑documented code and you hold that standard for the team, through code reviews and architectural discussions.You’re pragmatic and solution-oriented: you appreciate elegant systems, but you never lose sight of user impact.You’re genuinely curious about technical innovation and actively explore what generative AI can bring to your day‑to‑day engineering work.You communicate clearly, raise blockers early, and don’t wait for permission to improve things.You’re fluent in both English and French and enjoy working in an international environment.Based in France or Vietnam or open to flexible remote.Bonus: experience in logistics, transport tech, or supply chain software.
