Stracker is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the tech team on the Stracker 360 platform. You will own architecture, infrastructure and data flows, shipping end-to-end features with strong business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript and AWS ecosystem experience.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and scalable architectures.
• Fluent in English and French; comfortable in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve core architecture of Stracker 360 for scale, performance and reliability with ownership over infrastructure and data flows.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery with strong business impact using Clean Architecture principles.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to translate needs into clean, maintainable systems.
• Embed AI-first practices using tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.
• Define high standards for testing, observability and documentation; mentor new joiners through code reviews and discussions.
