Job summary

Vocca in Paris is hiring a Software Engineer with a strong backend focus, APIs, and solid frontend fundamentals. You’ll own our stack end-to-end, from core services to dashboards, working closely with founders, design, and growth.

This is more than shipping features: you’ll design healthcare-grade systems, scale the platform to millions of calls, and help build a durable engineering culture with architecture, tooling, and mentored growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong frontend fundamentals or UI/UX sensibility.
• Ownership mindset: from architecture to deployment.
• Interest in AI, voice tech, and healthcare.
