About the Role

We're seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale the platform. This is a long-term contract (6+ months) with a high potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role.

You’ll work alongside a lean and experienced team to develop robust backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces that power our exchange platform, rewards system, and user dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code for both client and server-side components
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
• Ensure high security, reliability, and performance across systems
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, system architecture, and scalable backend systems
• Experience working in or building financial systems (banks, trading platforms, fintech, or crypto exchanges)
• Proficiency with relational databases and cloud infrastructure tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Familiarity with crypto-specific tools and APIs
• Knowledge of distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure
