Position: Software Engineer - Marketplace Organization

Join the Amex GBT Neo Orchestration team, which manages connectivity with travel suppliers for our Online Booking Tool (OBT) and expense platform. This role involves creating, following, and maintaining supplier connectivities.

What You’ll Do

1. Work within a SCRUM team (daily stand-ups, weekly grooming, retrospectives, planning).
2. Design and develop new features.
3. Participate in code reviews.
4. Maintain and evolve existing supplier connectivities.
5. Contribute to automation testing.
6. Monitor platform performance.
7. Propose enhancements to the product, both functional and technical.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience with C#.
• Operational knowledge of databases and unit testing.
• Strong team spirit, proactivity, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams.
• Fluent in English (multicultural and international team).
