Une entreprise mondiale de services technologiques recherche un Ingénieur Développement Logiciel H/F à Toulouse. Vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement d'applications, en vous appuyant sur des technologies telles que Python et JS. Ce rôle requiert au moins 3 ans d'expérience, ainsi qu'une aisance en anglais pour collaborer avec une équipe internationale. Environnement hybride de travail proposé.

Au sein de la direction technique Customer Expérience (CX) vous ferez partie d’une petite équipe Agile basée à Antony et Toulouse, votre mission consiste à la réalisation de solutions applicative et d’automatisations de supports opérationnels.

Les missions proposées :

• A partir de solutions existantes ou à développer vous participer àla Conception, développement et intégration d’application dans l’environnement de nos clients et partenaire.
• Rédiger et maintenir à jour les documents techniques (dossier d'architecture, spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles, dossier d'exploitation …)
• Installer et déployer les solutions techniques
• Réaliser les tests unitaires et l’intégration de la solution développée et/ou paramétrée
• Rédiger des modes opératoires et mettre en exploitation la solution
• Assurer le transfert de ses compétences pour l'exploitation de la solution mise en place
• Proposer des initiatives innovantes pour accompagner la transformation digitale de nos clients (Bot, IA…)
• Vous aborderez ainsi une grande diversité d’environnements techniques et prendrez progressivement en charge la gestion de produit
• Assurer la maintenance de niveau 3 (corrective et évolutive ) des solutions déployées en lien avec l’équipe Support

Profil recherché:

Vous venez d’une formation en Ingénierie Informatique, avec une expérience d'au moins 3 années en développement.

Idéalement, vous êtes passionné,e pour les solutions logicielles notamment les technologies Web.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, force de proposition vous participerez au choix technologique dans les phases de conception.

Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral pour échanger avec nos équipes et nos clients à l'international.
