Job Description:

HrFlow.ai, founded in June 2016, is an AI startup based in Paris, France, focused on solving labor market challenges using innovative AI solutions. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work closely with our Software Engineering, AI, and Product teams. The role involves automating workflows, scaling cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems to ensure high availability. You will help build and maintain a platform that enables efficient and secure code deployment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience.
2. Promoting DevOps best practices and tooling across the company.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Approximately 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
3. Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
4. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
