Syvra is seeking a talented software developer intern to join our project and help build the UI of our Web application while contributing to the backend. You will focus on delivering an appealing user experience and implementing features within our established tech stack.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in Cegep or a science degree with self-made CS projects, proficient in multiple languages, and familiar with React, Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and front-end tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Cegep studies in a technical CS-related curriculum or a science degree with CS work showcased.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages with self-made projects or open-source contributions.
• Basics in algorithms and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop the user interface of our Web application and support backend work.

Working Conditions

• 4-day work week (28 hours/week). - Flexible schedule. - Vacation days included (5 days).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Cegep studies in a technical curriculum related to computer science. ---> OR in a natural/pure and applied science degree with a great self-made background in computer science. - Proficient in multiple programming languages, proven by self-made projects, contributions to small open-source repositories or advanced courses. - Basics in algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Small proven track-record of a contribution in software development (whatever if it is for charity, open-source, unpaid or paid tasks and whenever the timeframe of the experience). - Proficiency in React , Python, Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Cordova (and/or any mobile converting framework), TailwindCSS, HTML5/CSS3. - Excellent communicator and cross-field collaborator (finance, legal, IT, CS, etc.). - Proficient with ambiguous tasks. - Autonomous and self-sufficient.

• CV and Portfolio needed to be considered. - Current academic grades.
