This role involves solving complex engineering challenges while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to innovative projects. You'll be responsible for developing engineering content and enhancing existing internal systems. Job Description:

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of engineers and developers solving complex problems in a dynamic environment.

• Research and develop engineering content for Antenna Magus.
• Contribute to the design and development of new Engineering features
• Maintain and extend the existing suite of Internal Systems applications used to develop and validate Engineering content
• Maintain and develop scripts for content conversion in line with a move to the 3D Experience Platform.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
• Mentor junior Engineers and share knowledge, when applicable
• Provide 3rd level support when required

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Engineering or a related subject
• Background in electromagnetics and EM simulation (CST STUDIO SUITE, etc.)
• Experience in antenna design and algorithm development

Skills around the following tool stack are required :

• CEM simulation software (CST STUDIO SUITE, etc.)
• MATLAB
• Scripting techniques
• XML / XSD
• GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Test-driven development and Agile framework (Sprints, Standup meetings, etc)
• Bug tracking software and source control
