As a Java Full Stack Developer in the Emailtech platform team, you contribute to one or several of our core web-platform server-sid components development and integration. That includes responsibilities for designing, implementing and deploying new features, as well as improving and refactoring existing code or supporting the existing live platform.

• Working together with the team for planning, design decisions, and solution implementation

The Emailtech platform serves Future’s B2B and B2C businesses delivering billion newsletters a year. It consists of a content creation platform, an advertising platform and an email delivery platform.

It is operated, maintained, and improved by engineers working in teams and distributed between the US and Europe (UK, France, and Czech Republic).

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Java 8 or later, Spring
• Containerisation, Docker
• Passion for building complex software systems with a mix of technologies and solutions
• Experience in developing high-performance service-oriented software, ideally in a cloud environment
• Firm believer in clean code principles and automated testing
• Familiar with continuous integration environments using tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI / CD, Junit, and Cucumber.
• Like working as a team; previous experience in an Agile environment and team responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate locally and remotely
• Ability to work on a UNIX-like system and command-line

This is a Hybrid role from our ECHIROLLES, Grenoble Office, working two days from the office, and three from home
