Job Title: Software Compliance Engineer

In our APAC IT organization, we are seeking a motivated Compliance Engineer to lead the SCCM, Forescout (SNA), and EDR domains. This role offers opportunities to develop project management skills alongside technical expertise, working independently and enhancing security processes for IT endpoint devices and servers.

Your primary location will be the Dassault Systèmes Pune campus in India, collaborating with a global team across continents.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver critical IT projects, ensuring SLA adherence and user satisfaction.
  2. Analyze and automate data collection from dashboards and reports related to security metrics such as agent deployment, patch status, and vulnerabilities globally.
  3. Integrate and certify workstations of acquired companies into the environment, coordinating with the IT integration team.
  4. Collaborate with global IT and business teams to modify processes and enforce security governance.
  5. Monitor IT infrastructure performance, recommend upgrades, and manage unsupported OS issues.
  6. Work with the Software Asset Management team to optimize licensing, software catalogues, and address vulnerabilities.
  7. Maintain comprehensive IT documentation daily.
  8. Understand IT infrastructure, processes, policies, and tools to support continuous IT delivery in a complex environment.
  9. Support or redirect information to local support teams for smoother implementation and improved user experience.
Technical Skills:
  1. Administer and industrialize SCCM, EDR, and SNA infrastructures, ensuring global standards are met.
  2. Ensure workstation compliance, including security patches and antivirus functionality.
  3. Explore and adopt new technologies, transitioning operations towards infrastructure as code with automation tools.
  4. Provide feedback to automation teams to enhance endpoint compliance.
  5. Manage L3 ticket pools, ensuring SLA compliance.
Qualifications:
  1. B.Tech in CS, IT, E&Tc from a reputed institution with a strong academic record.
  2. 6-7 years of industry experience in Endpoint Management related to compliance and security.
  3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing SCCM, EDR, or SNA infrastructure.
  4. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments.
  5. Understanding of Windows patching and security-related software patching.
  6. Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, Python, REST API is advantageous.
  7. Strong soft skills including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and responsibility.
  8. Experience working in international teams and with SLA-oriented ticketing tools.
  9. Passion for cybersecurity and awareness of global cybersecurity trends.
