SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, is seeking an Associate Configuration Specialist. This role can be based in Raleigh, NC (hybrid) or remote, joining a team delivering customized real estate technology solutions that matter to customers.

You will configure, test, and optimize SoftPro Select, partner with Implementations to ensure on-time delivery, and lead product demos. Strong Excel skills and 4+ years in real estate closings are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable).
• Deep experience with SoftPro Select, including formulas.
• Strong organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid Excel skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (~10% US)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven problem solver to join our Business Services Team. This position is based in Raleigh, NC (hybrid), or as a remote employee. In this position you’ll play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for our customers.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
