CACI’s 1st Special Forces Command Lessons Learned Analyst role supports the USASOC Lessons Learned Program, transforming raw military data into validated lessons that shape doctrine, training, and leader development.

You will aggregate trends, standardize TTPs across units, draft operational trend assessments, and report findings to higher headquarters, serving as the link between tactical collectors and strategic analysts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Graduate of a service-component SOF qualification course (Army Special Forces/Ranger/PSYOP/CA, Navy SEAL/SWCC, Marine CSO/MSOC, or Air Force STP).
• Experience on staff of a General Officer level command (e.g., USASOC, 1st SFC, USAJFKSWCS) desired.
• Knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Knowledge of Army SOF command structure and doctrine for targeted dissemination.
• Ability to prepare collection plans and collect data via interviewing and observation.
• Ability to write detailed reports and deliver briefings to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Support the central node for the operating force by receiving and synthesizing lessons learned from subordinate units.
• Identify macro-level trends, recurring friction points, and best practices for cross-unit dissemination.
• Facilitate remediation and cross-pollination by standardizing TTPs across subordinate groups.
• Draft operational trend assessments and capability gap reports for higher headquarters.
