Description du poste

.Monks is looking for an ambitious producer with strong social media knowledge and excellent English skills. The role involves managing creative and adaptation projects for an iconic automotive brand, leading end-to-end projects with solid planning, coordination, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player experienced at the intersection of client, creative, and production teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and oversee multiple social projects, from Editorial Calendars to Campaigns, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  2. Ensure the client's brief is comprehensive and includes all relevant information and requirements for budgeting.
  3. Allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.
  4. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  5. Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders regularly.
  6. Support the Operations Lead in managing business operations, including process building and efficiency maximization.
  7. Collaborate with Data, Planning, and Creative teams.
  8. Manage daily operations: brief creative, legal, production, and language & culture teams, ensuring clarity on specs, deadlines, scope, and local requirements.
  9. Build trusted relationships across teams.
  10. Ensure legal and QA content compliance, including copyright and data protection.

Requirements:

  1. Experience managing digital projects from start to finish in an agency or high-growth environment.
  2. Proven ability to coordinate deliverables across teams for high-quality results.
  3. Ability to understand client requests and manage expectations.
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
  5. Excellent English communication skills.
  6. Proactive, clear, and direct communicator across cross-cultural teams.
  7. Sense of urgency and problem-solving attitude.
