We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our global online presence and grow a thriving community of remote job seekers. You will own the strategy and execution across LinkedIn (main focus), X, Reddit, and Discord — creating compelling stories, building engagement, and turning followers into advocates.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage our global social presence — especially on LinkedIn — by driving daily engagement, discussions, and authentic connections
  • Design and execute editorial calendars including posts, newsletters, and community initiatives
  • Activate and moderate large-scale online communities (1M+ members), nurturing meaningful conversations and connections
  • Collaborate with external communities to position Jobgether as a trusted voice in the remote work ecosystem
  • Analyze and report on engagement, growth, and community sentiment to guide continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the founders to align social and community strategy with brand goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably within a tech or startup environment
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing large communities (1M+ members), ideally on LinkedIn
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills for professional audiences
  • Startup mindset: creative, autonomous, fast-moving, and solutions-driven
  • Genuine passion for remote work, career innovation, and the future of work
