Le poste :

OLIVER France is strengthening its internal creative studio for a major consumer goods client in the hygiene and personal care sector.

The Social Media Manager (H/F) will oversee social media conversations for major brands, grow communities and engagement levels, while maintaining brand identity. Ideal if you are a trend-spotter, idea generator, and TikTok expert.

Missions :
Listening et engagement :
  • Monitor and respond to consumer comments and questions
  • Propose responses aligned with brand tone of voice
  • Identify opportunities for brand communication
  • Maintain a network of brand ambassadors
Création de contenu :
  • Follow trends and identify reactive content opportunities
  • Write captions for organic posts and paid content
  • Collaborate with content creators for planning and creation (photoshoots, videos)
  • Apply platform best practices
  • Work with local influencer agencies and brand teams on content creation
Planification :
  • Analyze and challenge client briefs
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders
  • Contribute to Tone of Voice development for FAQs and texts
  • Develop social media strategies
  • Plan editorial calendars
  • Present content ideas and social strategies to clients
Profil recherché :

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a creative agency or internal studio, preferably with major consumer brands.

Experience working with clients, proactive and creative, capable of identifying content creation opportunities, sensitive to popular culture and trends, strategic analysis skills, and a strong interest in generative AI and innovative solutions.

Excellent content writing skills, deep knowledge of platform exploitation, proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite), understanding of paid media and influencer roles, team player, bilingual in French and English.
