Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, and monitoring the performance of social media campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing social media accounts, coordinating with the marketing team, analyzing engagement data, and staying current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in Writing and developing Content Strategy
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for businesses
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (visuals, copy, reels, stories)
  • Plan and manage content calendars
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, strategy) to support wider campaign goals
  • Stay up to date with current trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital marketing
